In addition, the Provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has been disclosed by the Provider about any correction or deletion of data or restriction of processing that takes place on the basis of Articles 16, 17 (1), 18 DS-GVO. However, this obligation does not exist insofar as this notification is impossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Notwithstanding the above, the user has a right to information about these recipients.
Likewise, according to Art. 21 DS-GVO, you as the data subject have the right to object to the future processing of data concerning you, insofar as the data is processed by the provider in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO. In particular, an objection to the processing of data for the purpose of direct advertising is permissible.
III. Information on data processing
Your data processed during the use of our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any legal retention obligations and no other information on individual processing procedures is provided below.
SSL or TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from http:// to https:// and by the lock symbol in your browser line.
If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Server data
For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable Internet presence, data is transmitted by your Internet browser to us or to our web space provider. These so-called server log files are used to collect information such as the type and version of your Internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you accessed our website (referrer URL), the website(s) of our website that you visit, the date and time of the respective access, as well as the IP address of the Internet connection from which our website is used.
The data collected in this way is stored temporarily, but not together with other data about you.
This storage takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality and security of our website.
The data will be deleted again after 30 days at the latest, unless further storage is required for evidence purposes. Otherwise, the data is exempt from deletion in whole or in part until final clarification of an incident.
Cookies
- a) Session cookies/Session cookies
We use so-called cookies with our Internet presence. Cookies are small text files or other storage technologies that are placed and stored on your terminal device by the Internet browser you use. Through these cookies, certain information from you, such as your browser or location data or your IP address, is processed to an individual extent.
This processing makes our website more user-friendly, effective and secure, as the processing enables, for example, the reproduction of our website in different languages or the offer of a shopping cart function.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit b.) DS-GVO, insofar as these cookies data are processed for contract initiation or contract execution.
If the processing does not serve the purpose of initiating or executing a contract, our legitimate interest lies in improving the functionality of our website. In this case, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO.
When you close your internet browser, these session cookies are deleted. In order to make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use technologies including so-called cookies on various pages. Cookies are small text files that are automatically stored on your terminal device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted at the end of the browser session, i.e. after you close your browser (so-called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your end device and allow us to recognize your browser the next time you visit (persistent cookies).
We use such technologies that are absolutely necessary for the use of certain functions of our website (e.g. shopping cart function). Through these technologies, IP address, time of visit, device and browser information as well as information about your use of our website (e.g. information about the contents of the shopping cart) are collected and processed. In the context of a balancing of interests, this serves overriding legitimate interests in an optimized presentation of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DS-GVO.
- b) Third-party cookies
Where applicable, cookies from partner companies with which we cooperate for the purposes of advertising, analysis or the functionalities of our website are also used with our website.
The details of this, in particular the purposes and legal basis for the processing of such third-party cookies, can be found in the following information.
- c) Removal option
You can prevent or restrict the installation of cookies by setting your internet browser. Likewise, you can delete already stored cookies at any time. However, the steps and measures required for this depend on your specific Internet browser used. If you have any questions, please use the help function or documentation of your Internet browser or contact its manufacturer or support. In the case of so-called Flash cookies, however, processing cannot be prevented via the browser settings. Instead, you must change the settings of your Flash player. The steps and measures required for this also depend on the specific Flash player you use. If you have any questions, please also use the help function or documentation of your Flash player or contact the manufacturer or user support.
However, if you prevent or restrict the installation of cookies, this may mean that not all functions of our website can be fully used.
Contract processing
The data transmitted by you for the use of our goods and/or services are processed by us for the purpose of contract execution and are necessary to this extent. Conclusion and processing of the contract are not possible without the provision of your data.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DS-GVO.
We delete the data with complete contract execution, but must observe the retention periods under tax and commercial law.
In the context of contract processing, we pass on your data to the transport company commissioned with the delivery of goods or to the financial service provider, insofar as the transfer is necessary for the delivery of goods or for payment purposes.
The legal basis for the transfer of data is then Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DS-GVO.
Customer account / registration function
If you create a customer account with us via our website, we will collect and store the data you enter during registration (e.g. your name, address or e-mail address) exclusively for pre-contractual services, for the fulfillment of the contract or for the purpose of customer care (e.g. to provide you with an overview of your previous orders with us or to be able to offer you the so-called memo function). At the same time, we then store the IP address and the date of your registration along with the time. This data is not passed on to third parties.
In the course of the further registration process, your consent to this processing is obtained and reference is made to this data protection declaration. The data collected by us in this process will be used exclusively for the provision of the customer account.
Insofar as you consent to this processing, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DS-GVO is the legal basis for the processing.
If the opening of the customer account also serves pre-contractual measures or the fulfillment of the contract, the legal basis for this processing is also Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DS-GVO.
The consent given to us for the opening and maintenance of the customer account can be revoked at any time with effect for the future in accordance with Art. 7 (3) DS-GVO. For this purpose, you only need to inform us of your revocation.
The data collected in this respect will be deleted as soon as the processing is no longer necessary. In doing so, however, we must observe retention periods under tax and commercial law.
Linking social media via graphic or text link
We also advertise presences on the social networks listed below on our website. The integration takes place via a linked graphic of the respective network. The use of this linked graphic prevents a connection to the respective server of the social network from being automatically established when a website with a social media advertisement is called up in order to display a graphic of the respective network itself. Only by clicking on the corresponding graphic will the user be redirected to the service of the respective social network.
After the user has been forwarded, information about the user is collected by the respective network. It cannot be ruled out here that processing of the data collected in this way takes place in the USA.
This is initially data such as IP address, date, time and page visited. If the user is logged into his user account of the respective network during this time, the network operator may be able to assign the collected information of the specific visit of the user to the personal account of the user. If the user interacts via a „Share“ button of the respective network, this information can be stored in the user’s personal user account and may be published. If the user wants to prevent the collected information from being directly assigned to his user account, he must log out before clicking on the graphic. In addition, it is possible to configure the respective user account accordingly.
The following social networks are integrated into our site by linking:

The Google Analytics service is used to analyze the usage behavior of our website. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our website.
It cannot be ruled out that usage and user-related information, such as IP address, location, time or frequency of visits to our website, will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, we use Google Analytics with the so-called anonymization function. Through this function, Google already shortens the IP address within the EU or EEA.
The data collected in this way is in turn used by Google to provide us with an evaluation of the visit to our website and the usage activities there. This data may also be used to provide other services related to the use of our website and the use of the Internet.
Google states that it will not associate your IP address with any other data. In addition, Google keeps a record of your IP address at

offers a so-called deactivation add-on together with further information on this. This add-on can be installed with standard Internet browsers and offers you further control over the data that Google collects when you visit our website. The add-on tells the JavaScript (ga.js) of Google Analytics that information about the visit to our website should not be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, this does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analytics services. If and which other web analytics services are used by us, you will of course also find out in this privacy policy.
If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the storage of cookies by means of a setting in your Internet browser. You can find more information on this above under „Cookies“.

In order to display our location or the locations of our partners and to create directions, your user settings and data are processed. Here, we cannot exclude that Google uses servers in the USA to process this data.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO. Our legitimate interest lies in optimizing the functionality of our website.
Through the connection to Google established in this way, Google can determine from which website your request was sent and to which IP address the directions are to be transmitted.
If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the installation of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your Internet browser. Details on this can be found above under the item „Cookies“.

We use the conversion tracking for targeted advertising of our offer. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our website.
If you click on an ad placed by Google, the conversion tracking we use stores a cookie on your terminal device. These so-called conversion cookies lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve to identify you personally.
If the cookie is still valid and you visit a specific page of our website, both we and Google can evaluate that you have clicked on one of our ads placed on Google and that you have subsequently been redirected to our website.
Google uses the information obtained in this way to provide us with statistics about visits to our website.
